    Same drill as last time, Fusion bar booked out from 6, hitting possibly subversion, then ending in Echos (I'm working on getting us lost of echos freebees again!) I've invited DMU plus some of the compsoc party veterans, so getting over £150 on the bar shouldn't be an issue this time ;)

    The usual array of consoles set up, we'll get a few drinks down us and have a laugh! Let's get on it people!!

    Just as long as you aren't as good at SSBB as you are on guitar hero, or I'll have no chance. Also got Wii Sports Resort + 2 motion plus' because I could.

    Cool! Haven't played it for ages! Takes me back to when I played it at tournaments!

    Also I have quite a few fighting games and 2 quality arcade sticks for the ps3 if interested, could bring down:
    Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition, Tekken 6, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2, Marvel vs Capcom 3 (soon Ultimate MvC3), Mortal Kombat 9, The King of Fighters 12 (soon 13), Arcana Heart 3.

    On my ps3:
    Marvel vs Capcom 2, Street Fighter 3: Third Strike Online, Super Street Fighter 2 HD Remix, Super Puzzle Fighter.

    Brawl sucks, it's all about either Melee or the original. The latency on doing performing your move to it panning out in brawl is terrible.

    Only cool thing about brawl is the finishing moves.

    I probably don't have anything that's worth bring over, apart from some 360 controllers if need be.
    I've got pretty much every permutation of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band series but.. they're all at home (well GH2, GH3, GH4, GH5, GHM, RB & RB2 is). I've got Rock Band 3 with me alongside the keyboard instrument and 300, maybe 400 songs on my HDD - I've spent way too much money on DLC songs.

    All the smash bro versions are fine, no problems with latency. The real reason why say melee is better is because it is more technical e.g. wavedashing, which are removed from brawl. I kinda doubt unless anyone plays at that competitive level to really mind the minor changes unless we are getting into frame data and such.

    Besides, the 2 important stages of final destination and battlefield are still there for competitive play with a few nice additions so players can counter pick stages in 1v1s.

    Besides there is Brawl+ with melee changes and the better version I suppose.
