2012 LAN dates

    Unfortunately there is a problem. We have not been able to secure any dates for LANs within February or March.

    All weekends are booked by university departments for open days.

    We are currently looking into alternatives but there does not appear to be many.

    Provisional dates for April/May LANs are as follows:
    • 27, 28 & 29 April
    • 18, 19 & 20 May

    A 30 person LAN in which 9 would be committee, leaving 21 people to attend when we have over 130 member is not very fair. Theres no where else on campus that can support at least 60 people.

    I am in discussions with the union over an alternative. The details will be finalised when I return from France.
